Frequently asked questions
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave our warehouse the same day. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days, express takes 1–2. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel an order within one hour of placing it. After that it is already being packed — just return the items once they arrive, it's free.
How do I return something?
Start a return from My Account within 30 days of delivery, print the free label and drop the parcel at any collection point. Items need to be unworn and with their tags on.
When will I get my refund?
We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. Your card is only charged when the order ships.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart with body measurements. If you are between sizes, our training tops are cut to move, so take the smaller size for a close fit and the larger for a relaxed one.
